As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand the unique challenges that neurodivergent people and business owners face in their personal and professional lives. I’m neurodivergent but don’t have a medical diagnosis. Can you still help me? Absolutely! A formal diagnosis isn’t necessary to work with me. I understand that everyone’s neurodivergent experience is unique, and I’m here to support you whether you have a diagnosis or not. My approach is inclusive and affirming, focusing on understanding your individual needs, strengths, and preferences. At Bloom Bright Virtual Solutions, I’m committed to creating a supportive environment for all neurodivergent individuals, regardless of whether they have a diagnosis.
What tasks can’t you do? While I offer a broad range of support, there are a few things outside my scope. I’m not a medical professional, so I can’t provide mental health support or counseling. Additionally, I don’t handle bookkeeping or accounting tasks, but I can assist with accounts administration, such as invoicing and managing financial records. My goal is to focus on the areas where I can provide the most effective support and connect you with specialised professionals for anything outside my expertise.
I’m still not quite sure what a virtual assistant does—especially an ND one? That’s a valid question. It took me some time to figure out exactly what a virtual assistant (VA) can help with. A virtual assistant (sometimes called a personal assistant, executive assistant, remote support worker, virtual personal assistant, virtual admin assistant, or allied health assistant) provides remote support for tasks that might otherwise take up a lot of your time or energy. This can include everything from organising your schedule, handling emails, and assisting with administrative work. It can even include more complex and in-depth support such as project management. As a neurodivergent-friendly VA, I also understand and respect the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals. I offer specialised services (e.g. body doubling (providing virtual presence to help you focus), neuro-affirming support that accommodates different working styles, and flexible communication methods that suit your preferences. I’ll help make your workload lighter in a way that feels supportive and stress-free, helping you achieve balance without feeling overwhelmed.

While I generally prefer methods like email, video chat, messaging apps, or project management tools for clarity and efficiency, I’m also available for phone calls if needed. My goal is to work with you in the way that best suits your schedule and preferences.
How does pricing/payment work? At Bloom Bright Virtual Solutions, I offer flexible pricing tailored to meet different needs. For NDIS participants, the rate is $65 per hour, based on NDIS guidelines under the 01_011_017_1_1, depending on your needs I may be able to use different line codes (e.g. employment supports). As a virtual support worker, I’m eligible for NDIS funding, available for both self-managed and plan-managed participants. For all clients, I create custom quotes based on the specific services you need—just reach out to discuss!
